Q: How long does it take until I receive my Product ?
A: Each miniature is "Make to Order" From the moment you place your order, the process of sculpting, 3D printing, hand painting, and final packaging typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Once your miniature is complete, we ship it out right away and you’ll receive a tracking number. We believe in quality over speed your figure isn’t mass-produced, it’s custom art made just for you. That’s why the turnaround is about a month, ensuring you get a miniature that’s truly worth the wait.
Q: How do I send the photo ?
A: After we confirm your order, we’ll reach out directly by email or phone. You’ll then be able to send your photos to us easily via email reply or SMS. Once we receive your photos, our artists get started on your custom 3D model right away.
Q: Do you accept returns or refunds ?
A: Because each miniature is a custom, made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun. However, there are a few exceptions:
• If your miniature arrives damaged in shipping, we will replace or refund it.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will replace or refund it.
24 Hour Refund Window After Purchasing: If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your figure will already be in the production queue, and no refunds will be available. We appreciate your understanding, every piece is designed uniquely for you, which is why we cannot resell or reuse custom figures.
Q: How long do I have to request a return or refund after receiving my Item damaged ?
A. We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely. Although mistakes happen along the way and we understand that here at MG. If your item does arrive damaged, please contact us at nashalie.galleria@miniaturegallerias.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Q: I have not received my order confirmation what should I do ?
A: Sending order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us using the contact form within the website on the homepage.
Q. How can I check the status of my order ?
A: We will personally contact you and send you a link to check the status of your order after the payment finalizes,

A: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email or an SMS with your tracking information.
